Display

Samsung Galaxy S3 III is going to have a 4.65” inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 720, which is of course the highest resolution display in Smartphone. When Galaxy Note was announced I changed my mind from Galaxy S2 to Galaxy Note. But, when i think about it again I thought the 5.3” inch display of Note is not going to make the device pocket friendly. But, I am really happy now because Galaxy S3 III is here with the solution for this problem.

Processor, RAM and Memory

Another Great feature of the Samsung Galaxy S3 III is the Quad-core 2.0GHz processorwhich is for the first time in a mobile phone. I think Samsung is going to win the Guinness World record for this processor like the LG, which got into Guinness World record for introducing dual core processor for the first time in phones.

Samsung Galaxy S3 III will be loaded with a 1.5GB RAM and 32GB internal memory. The memory is expandable upto 32GB using microSD card.

Operating System and Battery

Galaxy S3 will be preloaded with the latest Ice cream Sandwich OS Android v4.0. The phone is powered by a 2, 250 mAh battery which is really going to offer a great standby and talktime.

Camera

Samsung Galaxy S3 III will be fitted with a 10MP autofocus camera with LED flash and will have all the camera features like, geo-tagging, smile shutter and more. Another great feature of the camera is that it can record 1080p videos @60fps (that will offer the best video quality that you can ever shoot on a Smartphone. There will be secondary camera for video calling.
